Registration Packets are now available

Each PLC player will need to complete and turn in their current year Player Registration Packet (including returning players) so that we can order uniforms and begin the team formation process.  All you have to do is click on the following link: Player Registration Packet.  Then, print a hard copy of the forms, fill them out as completely as possible, sign them as indicated, and either bring them to the Parent/Player Information Meeting on September 29 or the Free Clinic in October with your checks.  Please be sure to indicate your sizes and order extra Spirit Wear for parents, siblings, friends, and other relatives.

Please don't forget to register with U.S. Lacrosse, the national organization overseeing all youth lacrosse, at www.uslacrosse.org.  You will need a U.S. Lacrosse Player Identification Number in order to complete your registrtation with both PLC and the OCLA.
